SIDE TABLE CUTTING DEVICE
The slide table cutting device has
been designed and developed for use in conjunction with the H.T. Barnes
Mark I bandsaws to reduce potential risk of serious injury to operators.
The
slide table cutting device clamps the meat so that the operator’s hands
remain clear of the blade whilst the product is being cut, minimizing potential risk of serious injury to operator.
The
slide table cutting device is intended for use on high risk cutting
operations, such as beef T-bones, lamb loin chops, and pork ribs etc.
but SHOULD NOT BE USED for breaking down of carcasses, chime bone removal or lamb shanks.
The
slide table cutting device must only be used by qualified butchers, or
apprentices with full supervision, who have been fully trained.
The slide table cutting device can be fitted to new bandsaws ex factory, or purchased as a retrofit kit. The slide table cutting device complies to N.S.W. Occupational Health & Safety Act 2000 N.S.W. Occupational Health & Safety Regulation 2001 and has been assessed to Australian Standard AS4024.1
